is located 7 miles away from the conference site. Flying time from New York to Lima is 7h40m, from Miami 5h30m, from Los Angeles 8h30m, from Atlanta 6h35m, from Toronto 8h05m, from Mexico City 5h50m. Direct flights are available from these cities and also from Houston, Madrid, Amsterdam and most of the South American countries.

More than 30 daily flights links Lima to the rest of the world. Among the airlines that currently flight to Lima are: American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, LAN, TACA, Air Canada, Air Plus, Iberia, Avianca, Copa Airlines, Varig, KLM, Aeropostal, Aeromexico, Air Madrid, Alitalia, Lacsa, among others.

Different options for attendees to get from the airport to the hotel include private cabs, vans and buses at very convenient rates (the average one way rate is $10.00).

Immigrations

Traveling to Peru only requires a valid passport. Citizens of countries of the Americas (except Cuba), countries of the  European Union, South Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa and Australia do not require visa. The citizens of other countries will request Tourist’s Visa in the Consulate of  Peru in their respective country.
