Our Master’s program is a response to the current challenges our country’s
health system is currently facing up with. It is designed for all professionals
interested in contributing to the improvement of such a sector, whether private

GLOBAL APPROACH
The program is designed from an international perspective. Hence three international seminars will be held in order to take courses and visit both public and private health service providers abroad. Furthermore, it is also benefited by providing students with foreign lecturers during the academically International Week. -

GRADUATE NETWORK
We have a significant graduate network who are currently leading both public and private health organizations in key positions, as well as constantly interacting and providing feedback on best practices to improve the Peruvian health system. -

FACULTY AND TEACHING APPROACH
The Master’s Degree in Health Service Management is composed of first-level professors whose experience in business management and background knowledge of the health system will create great added value in our participants’ instruction supplemented by the teaching approach adopted at ESAN, which encourages participation and joint learning of practical experiences by means of teamwork and case studies. In turn, individual intervention is promoted to enable performance on healthcare management. -

Such changes shall be approved beforehand by the University Council and communicated in due time. Furthermore, they will imply no modification at all in the already informed and agreed prices, additional academic right fees, or far from changes or affectations to both programmed goals and academic quality.

Propaedeutic workshops, international courses, final exams and class rescheduling are regulated differently from the daily schedule.
Note: The start of the program is subject to completing the group with the minimum number of duly enrolled participants. To date, the restoration of on- site academic activities is not yet authorizedand in accordance with the University Higher Education National Superintendence (SUNEDU) regulations. . Hence it is likely the Master’s program will begin synchronously online by means of the e-learning platform and based on the same timetable of the regular one. Whenever healthcare conditions so permit and therefore the National Government authorizes educational institutions to resume on-site activities, ESAN University will officially announce them as well. By doing so, the institution seeks to preserve their students, faculty and administrative staff’s safety and health.
